  • 3 lbs beef chuck, cubed

  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 onions, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Fresh thyme and bay leaves
  • Flour, salt, and pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper, coat in flour
  2. Brown beef in Dutch oven
  3. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft
  4. Stir in tomato paste
  5. Add broth, thyme, and bay leaves
  6. Simmer covered for 2 hours
  7. Add vegetables, cook 1 more hour
  8. Serve hot with crusty bread
